Owing to gas main repair works the use by vehicles (of any class) of the Brewery Road from 45m west of its junction with Gimingham Road for 55m westwards (the “Road”) in the Parish of Trunch will be temporarily prohibited/restricted.  

Alternative route is via: Brewery Road, Wrights Loke, Bradfield Road, The Street, Trunch Road, North Walsham Road, Gimingham Road (Trunch, Swafield). The closure/restriction is necessary because of the likelihood of danger to the public or serious damage to the road or both. The closure/restriction is anticipated to take place from 5th to 13th February 2025 but the Road may continue to be closed/restricted until the 25th February 2025 where the closure/restriction is still required beyond the anticipated dates. Norfolk County Council proposes to make a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order (the “Order”) (NTRO9050) affecting the Mill Street/Church Street from 275m north of its junction with Hall Road for 220m northwards (the “Road”) in the  Parish of Gimingham to facilitate Anglian Water sewer repairs, the Road will be temporarily closed (except for pedestrian access) for the duration of the works/period the closure is necessary which is anticipated to be from 10th to 14th February 2025, but may continue to be closed/restricted until the 28th March 2025 where the closure is still required beyond the anticipated dates.
